Recently, On April 20th, TikTok Shop announced a new policy regarding dispatch time. According to this update, starting from May 20th, sellers will have to dispatch orders within 2 business days, whereas previously it was 3 business days.
This update will mainly affect dropshippers who rely on third-party sites for tracking. There is still time to consider alternative options such as private label/white label/wholesale, or Another solution for dropshippers is to order inventory in bulk of their top-selling products and store it in third-party 3PL warehouses. They can then use these warehouses for fulfillment.
Before choosing any 3PL, make sure they can ship within two business days.
Currently, this policy applies to the US.
